Assembly Plan

Safe crane work

  • Jack-up System

Equipment is transported to a construction site over a trailer, and is positioned. After that, its outrigger is unfolded. With a remote controller, an operator jacks up the main body. After the main body is lifted up, the trailer can be pulled out and the main body can stand independently on its own.

  • Fall Protection

Steel cables (life-lines) are installed on the both sides of the upper part of the boom. For safe high-rise work, workers are able to connect their safety hooks to protect themselves against fall. For workers’ easy mobility and protection against dangers, a foot plate is widely installed over the upper part of the boom.

  • Pin Connections

LIEBHERR Crane is based on Hydraulic Power Unit (small engine). In case of Boom Pin In-Out connection, it is possible to assemble with the use of a hydraulic machine. Compared to other models, it features simple assembly. It is effective at time and cost saving, since it is possible to shorten an assembly time. In addition, its simple assembly and easy operation help to improve safety.

  • Safe Railing

When equipment is assembled, high-rise workers are exposed to the danger of fall. To protect workers against fall, a rail is installed in the upper part of the main body and movement section. So, workers are able to move safely. In addition, the boom has its ladder installed, so that workers are able to move from the upper part and the lower part of the boom conveniently.

  • Assembly Professional Team

    • Directly managed team that experienced assembly and disassembly over 300 times domestically
    • Placement of experts with plenty of field know-how
    • Directly managed customer service team for equipment always in standby
    • Establishment of the immediate repair system to respond to equipment failure through the preparation of spare parts.
  • Safety Training

    • Verification of whether workers are in good health condition through their health examination before placement
    • Safety education for workers, compliance with crane safety work rules, quarterly education
    • Work execution according to assembly manual
    • Safe work execution under the supervision of a safety manager
  • Tool Box Meeting

    • Morning physical exercise as workers’ warmup before assembly and checkup of their physical health
    • Perception of assembly sequence and risk factors through tool box meeting
    • Work efficiency and safety secured through smooth communication with signallers
    • Mandatory safety measures before work at construction site (attachment of rubber corn, safety belt, and safety sticker)
  • Assembly Plan

    • Decision of work sections and placement of guidances
    • For material lifting, connection of guide ropes on the both sides in order to prevent materials from being wobbled
    • Complete approval of tools for lifting work (wire and shackle) before use
    • Strict instruction of a signaller at heavy object lifting and work execution in safety factor
